Within 30 days of delivery, please email us at support@zylerme.com with the following information:

  • Your Order Number

  • The product name and reason for the return or exchange.

  • Photos or a short video of the item, especially if it is damaged or defective.

Step 2: We Will Provide Instructions
Our support team will review your request and promptly email you with specific instructions and the correct return address.

Step 3: Ship the Item
Once instructed, securely package the unused item in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

 

2. Refunds


After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the posting.

 

3. Conditions for Returns


To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the proof of purchase (order number).

4. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Wellness, intimate apparel, and hygiene-related products.

  • Watches with removed tags or broken seals.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
